Claim Health, Inc. was incorporated on August 22, 2008. We offer services to seniors and to individuals of New York who have mental health or intellectual disabilities and need 24/7 support. This support is offered in a residential community setting, Claim Health, Inc. serves many counties throughout the state of New York. We believe every individual deserves to live and participate in the community with the support of family and friends.

Claim Health, Incorporated is founded on the principle of community and communication while supporting the concept of continuous support This concept, is based on the idea that with the support of family and friends, individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health issues decide how to live their lives. It also means they’re responsible for their own decisions and their own actions. Our mission is to provide trained, caring staff to assist in helping these individuals become members of their community to ensure a quality lifestyle.

Claim Health Inc opened our first residential site in 2008 in the community of New York NY. Since then, CHI has opened 4 more residential sites with the hopes of expanding in the future. We currently provide residential services to 8 individuals.
